The Day-to-Day Job

As a multi-drop delivery driver at MAPS Logistics, your day starts at the depot. Your route is already planned and sequenced for you via our driver app. There's no guessing which streets to take or how to stack your van. Everything is organised before you set off.

You'll be delivering parcels to homes and businesses across South Wales, covering areas like Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend and Cardiff depending on your assigned route.

What You Actually Get Paid

The basic rate is £128.70 per day, paid consistently. On top of that, we offer performance bonuses and incentives for drivers who consistently deliver to a high standard.

There are no hidden deductions. Van, fuel and insurance are all provided by MAPS Logistics. You keep what you earn.

What We Provide on Day One

Before you start your first route, you complete a 3-day paid training programme covering:

  • Safe van operation
  • Parcel handling and loading
  • Route navigation using our driver app
  • Customer service on the doorstep
  • Company systems and procedures

The Technology We Use

MAPS Logistics built its own Driver Coaching Board, an internal tool that gives managers real-time visibility of driver performance, coaching needs, alerts and follow-ups in one place. Updates go directly to drivers through the app. It's a support system, not a surveillance system.

Career Progression

We promote from within. Several of our current senior staff and managers started as multi-drop drivers. If you want to move into a senior driver role or manage routes and people, MAPS Logistics gives you a clear pathway.

Who We're Looking For

  • 18 years old or over
  • Valid UK or EU driving licence (no more than 6 points)
  • Able to handle a physical workload
  • Reliable, punctual and a positive team player

No logistics experience required. We provide all the training you need.
